Suzuki is displaying a number of classic GSX-R machines from the last three decades at Motorcycle Live, as it celebrates 30 years of the GSX-R range.
Suzuki gave GSX-R owners the chance to get involved with the celebrations, inviting them to enter to have their bike on display, with six spots up for grabs.
The GSX-R anniversary display showcases some of the iconic GSX-Rs from the last 30 years, including an iconic GSX-R600 SRAD, the first GSX-R1000 K1 and the legendary GSX-R1000 K5, plus two GSX-R1100s and an original GSX-R750.
Suzuki GB Marketing Manager Rob Cooper said, "30 years is a huge milestone for arguably the most iconic range in motorcycling. But being in a position to celebrate such a landmark is only possible thanks to our customers, which is why we were so keen to get them involved in the display. We were inundated with images from owners who wanted to have their bike featured as part of the display, and it’s a shame we only had a finite amount of space, because there were some great bikes sent in. But the display looks great and is a great testament to 30 years of the world’s most iconic sportsbike."
The new GSX-R1000 Concept is also on display at Motorcycle Live, while an original GSX-R750F is also being restored as part of the 30th anniversary celebrations.
