Just as 1985 signaled an important milestone in motorcycling, with the introduction of the groundbreaking GSX-R750, so has 2012, as Suzuki celebrate the one-millionth GSX-R to roll off the production line.
Some 27 years later, and the Hamamatsu factory in Japan proudly celebrate this important milestone with the GSX-R1000 1 Millionth Commemorative Edition.
Limited to just 1,985 models worldwide, this special model boasts a host of detail aesthetic changes including a special white paint scheme, unique black Brembo Monobloc calipers with red lettering, wheel stripes, gold forks, a celebratory tank graphic, numbered serial plate, red anodised fork caps, a special key fob and a distinctive red coloured nose cone.
The GSX-R1000 will be available in the UK in Spring 2013.
