Former World and British championship racer-turned-commentator, James Whitham, talks about his on-track instruction days and why riders would benefit from doing a track-day, in a new video filmed at Mallory Park.

Whitham, who uses a fleet of GSX-R machines while on circuit,sticks to intimate group sizes, ensuring that he and the other top levelinstructorsare able to focus on supplying detailed, dedicatedtuition, with no more than 45 riders signed on in total for the day.
