Suzuki has expanded its dealer network with the appointment of M&M Motorcycles and Fins Motorcycles. Both are situated on the outskirts of two major commuter hubs – Cambridge and London – and the appointments come following the recent strengthening of Suzuki’s small capacity range, which saw the launch of three new 125cc scooters in the last 12 months: the Avenis 125, Address 125, and Burgman Street 125EX.
As well as stocking Suzuki’s commuter-friendly lineup, they will also take advantage of Suzuki’s latest expansion of its big bike ranges, including the new GSX-S1000GX and the all-new 800 platform that has spawned the GSX-8R and 8S, and the V-Strom 800DE and 800RE.
Based just north of Cambridge, M&M Motorcycles will strengthen Suzuki’s representation in the county. Established in 2015, M&M has quickly become a recognised name in the area, with staff boasting more than 40 years of industry experience.
Situated in Redhill, south of London, Fins Motorcycles will provide services to those looking to dodge traffic when heading north into the capital, or enjoy the nearby Surrey Hills. Fins Motorcycles was founded almost 40 years ago by Fin Reynolds. Now semi-retired, he keeps himself working part time in the workshop, while Grant Walder at the helm after taking over the business in 2021.
Jonathan Martin, Suzuki GB head of motorcycles, added, “We’re really pleased to welcome two new dealerships into the Suzuki fold. We’ve been actively looking to expand our network recently, but it was always very important to us to bring the right people onboard, that share the same values and principles, and I believe we’ve achieved that with both M&M and Fins Motorcycles. They strengthen our representation in two key areas and we’re looking forward to working closely together in the future.”
With key open points nationwide, Suzuki GB would still like to hear from other dealerships interested in adopting the franchise, with more information and contact details available here.
