Suzuki GB PLC is pleased to announce the promotion of Paul de Lusignan to the position of general manager within the motorcycle and ATV division.
Following the resignation of Nick Palmer last month, Paul assumes the role with immediate effect, continuing to head-up the national sales operation for all motorcycle and ATV products, while existing managing director Yasuharu Osawa takes on the sales and marketing director role, alongside current duties.
Suzuki GB managing director, Yasuharu Osawa commented, "I am delighted to announce this promotion. With Paul now heading-up our sales operation it was a natural progression for him to move to the role of general manager. At the same time I will now personally oversee all sales and marketing elements of the business in a bid to strengthen our already healthy market position. Finally, I would also like to take the opportunity to thank Nick Palmer for his efforts within the business over the last three years, and wish him luck for the future as he returns to a position within the automotive industry."
Also subject to promotion within the business is Ian Austin, who takes on the role of on-road product coordinator following a three-year term as technical coordinator for motorcycle and ATV.
