Suzuki GB PLC’s motorcycle division has today announced a nationwide service payment plan, designed to help customers of new and used machines spread the cost of routine servicing via the authorised Suzuki dealer network*.
Available on all new Suzuki motorcycles and most used models from 2004 onwards, the Suzuki Service Payment Plan is available for any customer to purchase regardless of when they bought their machine or if they bought it from a dealer or privately.
Michael Le Flay, Suzuki GB aftersales marketing manager, explained the scheme, commenting: "This nationally available scheme is tailored specifically to each customer and bike. Each plan takes into account the bike model, date of registration, current mileage, anticipated mileage and plan length, before calculating a price that can either be paid for upfront or spread over 24 or 36 month terms, effectively offering a real cost of ownership up-front and future-proofing the customer against inflation too."
As well as the service plan initiative, Suzuki GB has also introduced the AA Suzuki Assistance Lite programme – a complimentary 12-month AA breakdown service that is provided to any customer who has their machine either serviced at an authorised Suzuki dealer* or MOT’d. The service is available for customers with a machine less than seven years old and provides Roadside Assistance and Home Start. With no application required, once the machine has been serviced or MOT’d the plan is automatically activated and can be upgraded to full AA cover for just £30 per annum too.
