Suzuki GB will reveal its 2009 racing plans at the Dirt Bike Show this week, as the Japanese manufacturer shows the 2009 off-road range at the Stoneleigh Park Exhibition Centre, near Coventry.
Kicking-off this Thursday (13th November) and running until the following Sunday, the annual Dirt Bike Show is a must for any off-road bike fan, as all the main manufacturers come together to show their latest machines.
For Suzuki, the 2009 line-up includes the fuel-injected, world championship winning RM-Z450, along with its smaller sibling, the RM-Z250 and a full complement of RM two-stroke models, thanks to Suzuki’s continued commitment to the class. Also on display at the show until Sunday, will be the DR-Z range of junior off-roaders, along with the return of the DR-Z400E – an enduro bike so popular with enthusiasts, that Suzuki have brought it back to the market for 2009.
Talking about this year’s show, Suzuki GB’s George Cheeseman commented, "I’m delighted to confirm that we will have our 2009 team riders in attendance at the show. Racing is at the heart of our off-road business at Suzuki and for 2009 we believe we have a very strong force. As well as our riders being present to chat and sign autographs, we’ll have our full 2009 line-up on display, along with race bikes from the 2008 season too."
A photocall for the official 2009 team line-up will take place at midday on Thursday on the Suzuki stand in Hall 2 (A07).
