Suzuki’s nationwide biker café test ride tour, which sees the Japanese manufacturer visit a number of biker hotspots this year with a fleet of 2017 demo machines, heads to the popular café at the Llandow circuit in Wales on August 5-6.
The GSX-R1000R headlines the demo fleet, with those attending the event able to test ride the all-new litre sportsbike and Isle of Man Senior TT winner, which comes dripping with MotoGP technology including a clever variable valve timing engine and comprehensive suite of electronics, featuring a quickshifter and auto-blipper on downshifts, launch control, cornering ABS, and a 10-mode traction control system.
Also available to test ride are the new V-Strom 650 and V-Strom 1000 adventure machines, the GSX-S750 – which uses the engine from the legendary GSX-R750 supersport icon – the GSX-S1000 and GSX-S1000F, and SV650 middleweight naked.
Test rides are available on an arrive-and-ride basis, but bookings can also be made in advance to reserve desired slots.
